"Continental breakfast without hot foods. Staff was excellent and focused on pleasant exchanges and were helpful. We were told there would be “welcome water” in the room but there wasn’t and we had to purchase bottled water from the bar. Otherwise, nice and updated. Room was warm, but they brought us a fan to use for sleeping."

"Beautiful views, excellent food and really lovely staff. After checking in, I ordered food from the restaurant staff. "Room was clean and comfortable, however it could use some repairs. Toilet paper holder was not properly fastened to the wall, appeared as all of the hooks to hang towels had been removed, and considerable dust behind the sink. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring by foot, bus, or train. In the morning the halls could get noisy as the doors are not soundproof. Would stay at this property again."

"Check in was easy. Reception staff was courteous and helpful. The bed was clean and comfortable and the room was spacious. However, the room floors were very dirty. The room smelled like heavy smoke, and a little musty, Especially in the bathroom. There was also an air freshener in the room to cover up the smell but it made it worse. The restaurant looks nice, clean, and presentable, but the food was average and the staff were not very attentive. Overall, not bad for a middle of the road...
