"One night stop over on a whistle-stop tour around Sardinia for seven days. Lovely, well kept, tranquil hotel in a very quiet spot in the village. "Very remote location, check-in very quick but not given any information about the facilities on site, availability of dinner in the hotel restaurant. Room spacious, bed not very comfortable and lots of bugs. Bathroom needed redecorating and shower very small. Dinner in restaurant was excellent and good value, breakfast very good with variety. "

"The whole place seemed to be run by one person, a lady who could not speak a word of English. She was nice and all smiles, but ran the hotel rather unprofessionally. She was not to be found in the original reception, but had set up some sort of reception in the restaurant so she could cover the restaurant as well. At checkout, we had to show her a printout of our booking to get the quoted price. Many things were broken in our room. The refrigerator, the shower head mount, the soap dispenser....

"L'hotel è sceso come qualità complessiva, lo si capisce dalle mancate ristrutturazioni alla struttura, dalla qualità del cibo in parabola discendente, dal fatto che la junior suite era incredibilmente spartana, eccetera.
