"I stayed here with my family (2 adults, 2 kids) and we enjoyed this lovely property. We did not eat at the on site restaurants. Our room was very tidy and the staff was very helpful in orienting us to the city and assisting with transportation needs. Our windows closed securely but the very old door did not have a weather tight seal. Despite that, the room AC worked fine and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. "Price was very high for this stay. Also the water temp in the bathrooms were either scolding hot or freezing cold, no in between. We came back to the room one day to find the staff fixing the water pump . We did notify the staff of the issue and they attempted to fix it, but one bathroom shower temperature was never fixed. We enjoyed the location of the hotel to the Spanish steps but our stay was not as pleasant for the price. Breakfast was very good though there. This was probably just an...

"The hotel is in a great location. Right on the river with a classic view of the Tower Bridge. The staff from Checkin to Checkout was amazing. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Perhaps a bit careworn but it certainly met our expectation. We travel frequently; so I will say we would choose this hotel in the future."
