"Very disappointing stay. On 23/07/26, I encountered a young female staff member with yellow hair who was disrespectful, unprofessional, and showed no interest in helping guests. The water supply was unavailable for around three hours, which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. The service did not meet expected standards, and I would not recommend this property."

"Breakfast is standard scrambled eggs, sausages, meat, cheese and bread, few desert, coffee and tea. Not worth paying the extra money. They will not give the room before 4pm even it is ready. Rooms are spacious and can sleep 3 at the minimum. Property is clean. Walkable distance from Roma Termini. A lot of restaurants in and around the area. KFC at the corner. Colosseum is 2 stations from Termini Metro B, other attractions such as Travis fountain and others 3 stations from Termini Metro A line."
