Modern hotel, nice room. A bit outside of the standard tourist locale, but honestly quite close the Termini station. Great staff, good value. It was perfect for me for one night at the end of my trip when I wanted to be close the train station.

This was an amazing experience. The hotel is impeccable, the staff go out of their way not just to professional but to be kind. That was the most impressive thing for me. I would recommend The Cross Hôtel a million times over.

Agustina, Roberto and the rest of the staff was very helpful. The rooms were very clean, and the continental breakfast was reasonably priced. Whenever we required assistance the hotel staff was quick to solve our problems. I will definitely recommend the hotel cross to my friends and family.

Delightful Boutique Hotel group (walkable and safe) with several other sister-options throughout the city. I had a delicious meal at Masa, a restaurant in their other hotel called The Major with a rooftop view of the Basilica. Everyone was so helpful and the food at the Cross Hotel was simple but fresh, delicious and affordable. I didn't do the breakfast buffet option but it looked good and again, very reasonable at 10E. Impeccable service and cleanliness. I would stay there again, when in Rome. ;)

The hotel is in a great location. Right on the river with a classic view of the Tower Bridge. The staff from Checkin to Checkout was amazing. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Perhaps a bit careworn but it certainly met our expectation. We travel frequently; so I will say we would choose this hotel in the future.

I’m giving the hotel 3 stars mainly because of the location. Right next to the hotel there is a homeless camp that takes over part of the street, and at night it did not feel safe walking around. Because of that, we felt obligated to take an Uber whenever we wanted to go somewhere. The hotel itself was nice, and I have no complaints about the staff. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and comfortable, and the people at the lobby were very helpful. A special mention to the young bartender at the outside bar—he was excellent! He made great drinks and provided really good customer service. Breakfast was okay, but I didn’t really like the eggs, and the juice was way too sweet. Overall, the hotel itself was good and the staff were great. Unfortunately, the situation right outside the hotel affected our experience and made us feel uncomfortable going out at night.
