"The "continental" breakfast was abysmal. Sausage patties microwaved to the point of being too hard to eat, eggs that tasted like the inside of a pillow. There was options of cereal, with no milk. There was a waffle maker, but the entire time we were in the dining area, it never became available. They put us in the wrong room, then claimed it was the same price as the one we paid for so it wouldn't make a difference. The staff was very rude on the night shift, to the point of yelling and...

"Convenient to the docks and several hotels and shops. Bed and air conditioning were excellent. However, the rooms for our group lacked a closet (!!!), and had no hair dryer, no safe, and minimal drawer space. The shower amenity was one tiny tube of shampoo. Our door stuck and was very hard to open, which could be a hazard in an emergency."

"Room was clean and super close to the ocean! Only thing we noticed was some mold on the shower curtain and a small soft spot in the flooring in the kitchen. Otherwise the place was great and we enjoyed our trip!"
