Work just fine for our needs of me and two younger kids. TV signal wasn't the crispest but thats a rather minor point. Room was clean and typical - nothing fancy but more than adequate.

This is an acceptable, functional place to stay in Ocracoke. A very nice, knowledgeable gentlemen booked me in. There are WIFI issues. He warned me about them. A couple of other minor facility problems. A bit noisy. Good view of the harbor. Got good pics of it from the 4th floor. Close to everything around the harbor area. I'll stay there again.
