"This place was terrible. The pullout mattress wasn't fit for my dog. They say it sleeps four but the mattress was not only terrible they didn't provide an extra blanket. We arrived about 30mins before the office was supposed to close coming to find out no one operates the office and the phone number didnt work. "My 1st review was removed and the property telephoned me on my private cell phone to basically "tell me off" - contravening the privacy policy of Expedia. The property itself was fine. The suite was clean, spacious, nicely furnished, and very quiet. My only concern was this hotel had no staff and no office. "The hotel is used for full time residents which were having an open fight in front of their multiple children living on the premises, the screaming at each other using profanity and children running around in diapers and underwear unsupervised in the parking lot was very off putting. The hotel also accommodates local workers which live on the premises as well, very nice men but not really a family atmosphere for vacationers. It is not very inviting to guests on actual vacation or fishermen with...

"The overall property was fine, unfortunately the sandbags due to erosion were directly infront of our rental. The bathroom walls were chipping and the tub was dirty. The kitchen amentitites were sufficient for cooking and basic meals. Good that there was local beach parking just 5 minutes from the property."
