"It's a nice hotel. I think they're house keepers could use some training. The counters wasn't wiped off that good. The floor wasn't mopped and swept that good in the bathroom. Kind of smelt like pee around the toilet. They need to get down to the bottom of the toilet, but it was a nice large room I will stay there again like I said I think their housekeeper just need some training."

"This property was a delightful place to stay. I have rated as 5-star across the board. The only detraction was that the majority of the house is on a single thermostat, thus you cannot control the temperature in your room and our room was cooler than we would have preferred. We were told that if we were to stay here again, ask about the one or two rooms that DO have a separate thermostat."

"My bathtube was dirty unless it was stained and the jacuzzi jets were not working and it was the one thing we were all looking fwd to. The front desk was awesome, very friendly. 10/10. The eggs were terrible, tasted like fake eggs for breakfast. Everything else was great."

We did not get room service because the maids cannot read English I hung a door hanger out for what I thought was room service. Turns out you have two door hangers one was for towels and room service the other was and. I feel very let down and discouraged by the way I was treated. "Nikki and Sean were very hospitable, friendly and a pleasure to be with. The house had a lot of charm and the rooms were very comfortable and well kept. They had bikes for us to ride which both my wife and I enjoyed. Breakfast each morning was delicious and there was always coffee available. They also have ample parking. I would highly recommend staying here. We will be back in the near future."

"Not a great experience- we will not return. Location of property not where we expected- would select a room located in town with walking distance to shops and sites next time. Access to property difficult. Climate control of overall property hallways and room had a damp feel in the air. King bed was lumpy. Toilet ran extremely slowly after a flush and was basically non-functioning - ick. Use of first floor public restroom as a back up was equally disappointing as that area was filthy - no one...

"This property is nice, but shows a bit of age. Great location on the waterfront, friendly staff. The room was clean except for an unfortunate stain on the couch. The public areas such as elevators and stairwells needed some cleaning. The pool is very nice. Easy walk to the restaurants in the historic downtown."
