"The standout feature of this hotel is the shower—spacious, with plenty of hot water, and easily one of the best I’ve experienced. The room itself was large, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for a relaxing stay. The property is located in a quiet, somewhat remote area along the water (not a beach), offering pretty views and even the unique sight of wild horses nearby. Check-in was quick and efficient, and both the hallways and room were kept in excellent condition....

"This is one of my favorite places to stay. It’s so quaint, clean and the staff is so friendly. The warm muffins and coffee delivered to your room in the morning to enjoy on the balcony overlooking the water is a huge plus as well. "

"The house had an unpleasant odor, the kitchen pots were not very clean, and there were no blankets provided for sleeping, which was inconvenient. If the host could improve the cleanliness of the kitchen, freshen up the house, and ensure blankets are available, it would make the stay much more comfortable."

"Overall enjoyable. They seem pretty understaffed for the size of the place. The staff I interacted with was cordial. If you stay more than a couple of days you will have to go to the laundry exchange to get linen. A text is sent to your phone asking if you have any issues or concerns. I had an issue of the smell of marijuana coming through the bathroom vents 3 or 4 nights. I reached out about it but did not get a response. A lot of stains on sitting furniture. "Kate and Dustin were terrific hosts and made our stay so enjoyable. The inn is perfectly located within walking distance of the best restaurants, the marina, a coffee shop, and even the brewery next door. Our room was cozy, with a very comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The grounds were beautifully maintained and offered several inviting outdoor seating areas to relax and enjoy. There were cookies, filtered water, and wine in the room for us- it was decorated beautifully and the bathroom was fully stocked with anything we could need. "

"For a hotel at the beach that i assume is used frequently, it was clean and welcoming. We stayed in a basic double bed room and it was as expected. Breakfast was a nice amenity that most places no longer offer."
