"Great location, great staff and amenities! I was hoping for a high floor room but our type of room only was available in lower floors. Still the balcony & furniture was fabulous. Breakfast was just ok but was included and delivered! I really enjoyed sitting on the hotel patio in the rockets. Great neighbor in the house next door! Everyone was so friendly!"

"It was a really nice place if you're staying on a budget. The room was clean but some things are really dated like the elevator. Check-in is a little weird, with keys and envelopes but it worked. Parking needs to be monitored because people who I'm sure are not staying there were parking and therefore you had to watch or take the tram to make sure you had a spot. As a paying customer, I would expect that we had preference. Other than that, Would come back"

"Front desk guys were rude. No elevators i had my cart ,told them I have cancer and a bad back how am I gonna get the cart upstairs and they shrugged their shoulders. Do rude. They soldered the bathtub stopper so u can't pull it up or down and take a bath, only a shower. The washer destroyed my clothes and stole 8$ of my quarters and they said they had nothing to do with the washer and dryer! And pool was about the size of a kiddy pool. Not worth the price. "Upon check in.. we received a comment about lack of communication from Expedia's side towards hotel.. none the less.. our rooms were not ready at check nor were they ready until close to 7 pm!! Lack of communication from staff regarding who would bring linen/ towels. .. to our rooms... come to find out it was no one.. we had to go get our own.. we had stayed here previously a few yrs ago but was nothing like this... like the staff and lack of attentiveness or basic knowledge to give us as to...
