Staff here is excellent. They made us feel very welcome. However the cleanliness of the property outside was hoŕrible. There was trash all over the property. The cleanliness of the room was neat and orderly but still slightly dirty. The floors need a good deep clean.

The room was not clean when we checked in. They did come and clean, but it needs a deep clean. Baseboards and window sills have not been wiped in a very long time. I used Clorox wipes and wiped everything down. The bed was comfortable and it was a quiet night for sleeping.

We checked in with high hopes after a long beach day. Upon walking into the room with two little kids, I could immediately tell it was not clean enough to stay. Blood stains on bedding, shower was filthy, snot on bathroom wall, no smoke detectors, missing lamp shades, broken door lock, smelled horrible etc. The staff was extremely polite, kind, and accommodating to give me an immediate refund. I would absolutely not go off photos shown, wouldn’t recommend.

Staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and clean. It was quiet of street noice. The facility is old and very worn, some rotting boards around the base of building in places. There was no working smoke detector in our room, and the ground floor window did not lock. Wall lamp shades were broken. If I was a woman traveling alone, I would not stay here, I would not feel safe on the property. The surrounding neighborhood felt safe enough, but the property just felt sketchy.

Well, you certainly get what you pay for. I was very grateful that the AC worked, that being said the room sticky, roaches everywhere, bedside lamps hanging off the wall, ceiling falling down patchwork on the walls Telephone didn't work as far as watching TV, if you didn't mind watching game shows or religious channels everything else was in Spanish, unfortunately I don't speak Spanish. Good news, at least as far as I can see, it didn't have bedbugs! Although because I had seen roaches, I did not sleep well at all I'm up at the crack of dawn ready to get in my car so I can go have coffee and get a little rest before I get back on the road.

The lady at the desk was very nice and very kind. The first room we were placed in was visibly very old and the air conditioner would not come on. We went back to the lobby to see if perhaps we were not turning it on properly and she took the time to come up to the room to check it out. It was indeed broken, so she returned to the lobby to find us another room. She came back with a couple so we went to the second room to check it. No electricity! She took us to a third room, which appeared to be in either a newer area of construction or recent renovation. It was completely clean and the ac worked. I appreciated her staying with us until the matter was resolved. We did not have to make multiple trips to the lobby and at 10 pm with two kids that was important!

The room was pretty disgusting, it was infested with roaches and I thankfully had shower shoes because the bathroom was even dirtier than the rest of the room. I know it’s a cheap hotel but good lord have some decency

Jeanie the manager was OUTSTANDING. I had issues getting the internet and she went out of her way to help. Also walked me to the room when I couldn't find it. She is a gem!
