"The person at the front desk was bothered each time we asked for something. The floors in the room were filthy. The oven and stovetop were rusted and disgusting and could not be used. On the last day we were there, we found roaches crawling throughout the room. We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, and it has always been clean and well-kept with friendly, helpful staff. Will probably not book another reservation here."

Christina could not have been nicer! When she realized we had 2 cats, she switched our room to the first floor to make it easier for us to settle in. "The hotel rooms were much smaller, then I had anticipated. We were a family of 4 traveling and we were stepping on top of each other the whole week. The bathroom was very small. You had to basically step into the shower to close the bathroom door. The shower lip was very small, so no matter how closed you put the curtain, you always got water on the floor so you had to constantly keep a towel there so it didn't flood. they advertised that it was newly remodeled but it did not look that way.
