"I am a regular at this hotel and have always enjoyed staying here. This trip they have kindly upgraded my room as part of my vip benefits, which was great! However, they will need to step up on maintaining cleanliness of the room. This morning when I woke up, I found a dead cockroach along the walkway towards the room door to exit.
