"This airport hotel provides shuttle service from airport to hotel every two hours and we used them both ways. The room is beautifully decorated, modern and really clean. The staff is friendly from valet to receptionist and really helpful. We were given a free dink voucher at the cafe and a chocolate feast. We really enjoyed our last night in Kuala Lumpur before flying off to Sydney the next morning. Ket and James"

"Great for the price, nice staff except the one time o stayed couple days prior the bigger taller guy was so pushy on me doing this review, I told him Expedia sends me reminders I will do it but he kept pushing which was annoying!! "Well worth it for longer layovers. Having the ability to shower and sleep on a real bed was invaluable to us during long layovers. We used this hotel twice during our trip and was glad we did on both occasions. Rooms are simple but bathrooms are well equipped. Overall would definitely book again in the future. "
