Everything about The Kana is awesome! The staff are really friendly and treated us like royalty. The hotel is brand new and everything is maintained in a sparkling clean condition. I stayed with my 3 teenagers in a family duplex which was very comfortable. Very comfy beds, 2 TVs, 2 air conditioners, fridge, 6 x bottled water per day. The breakfast was amazing - everything you can think of was available including Indonesian food, egg station, cakes, soups, cereals, fruit and even sushi! The pool area is very relaxing, max depth was 1.4m which was perfect for my son with autism and kids that can't swim. The restaurant sells yummy food all day at very reasonable prices and my kids enjoyed ordering room service. It is a quiet haven amid the hustle and bustle of Kuta - just far enough away from the main strip to be peaceful yet only a short cab ride or walk to the restaurants and beach. The staff organised a driver to take us out for the day and even got someone to come to us at the hotel to book tickets to the safari park. Wifi was available everywhere from the pool area to our room at the top. We were able to get late check-out on our last day. We didn't want to leave!

Rooms in this hotel are very small, and all hotel rooms are non-smoking rooms. It's quite expensive. The hotel staff are really freindly. Best Western Group doesn't owe this hotel, I think they just have agreement or rent or something like that. I don't know how do they thinking . specially I got a reservation from the hotel to best western mega kuningan Jakarta and they told me it's differnet owner . When I reached there I found a small building called a hotel. I don't know how to discripe it to you. Finally , Stay away from ( Best western group )

Could not fault Hotel at all. Everything wonderful especially location and staff.

My partner and I had an incredible time at the Balisandy, the staff were very friendly and went out of there way to make our stay memorable The gardens were beautiful,, the room was nice and big, and was central to everything. Thans once again Balisandy and we will definately be back next year.

Chose this place for my 1st year anniversary as i wanted to make it special for my wife wasnt dissapointed. The rooms were huge and beautiful. Not to mention staff there was friendly and always ready to help be it with daily items required or helpful tips on getting around. the bed upstairs was very confortable and the day bed downstairs was perfect. Daily breakfast was served to the room and was quite satisfying. The pool looked nice but didnt really use it as the water was too cold. Read a few reviews about mosquitoes and brought my own repellant but was pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel room was already fitted with multiple repellants at each area including the bathroom. Didnt have to use my own.

Love Staying at bali garden its a great hotel and fantastic location. right on the beach and close to the markets. Close to body fit salon which is great for a very cheap but professional message.

Stayed 4 days and enjoyed it , i could come back to this hotel

The hotel was as advertised. Nice spacious resort with great pools. The property is located about a block in a half from the beach. This place is close to EVERYTHING. I would stay here again on a return trip.
