"The hotel is in an excellent position, right on Copacabana beach. It has a very old fashioned feel about it and could definitely do with a spruce up. "The hotel was right across from the beach. It was beautiful. It was easy to get transportation from the hotel. The restaurant food and service was wonderful. Front desk staff was helpful. Cleaning staff, wonderful. Clean our room everyday we were there. The only thing, they would not let us check in early. We waited 3 hours before we could check in. Other then that, everything was ok."

"The hotel is at a perfect location, in front of the beach. Gender staff were cordial and friendly, and willing to help in any way. The SPA was a great disappointment. I was schedule for a 2 hrs massage; and it finished at 1:15pm, with tea, and at 1:30 pm, an older female worker asked us to finished because they had to clean the room for their next appointment.
