"Location is amazing. Stayed here in 2016 twice and really loved it. On my most recent stay in April 2024, I found the front desk staff to be very nice as well as the breakfast staff. The room was good enough. However, the bed is super soft, like a marshmallow, not comfy or cozy at all. The bathroom and plumbing needs to be adressed. Some nights the smell coming from the plumbing was so strong and foul. Lastly, they have a major mold issue that they dont seem to be addressing, so if that is...

"The hotel was right across from the beach. It was beautiful. It was easy to get transportation from the hotel. The restaurant food and service was wonderful. Front desk staff was helpful. Cleaning staff, wonderful. Clean our room everyday we were there. The only thing, they would not let us check in early. We waited 3 hours before we could check in. Other then that, everything was ok."

The breakfast was super, the lounge area with its view and beach towels to use, we certainly got our monies worth. We were surprised the rooms were very small, but we were comfortable. "We stayed during the carnival, to be honest i booked it because it was one of the cheapest during this period, so wasnt expecting much. However the minute we got out of the taxi, the doorman and reception staff were excellent and very helpful, courteous, especially Johnathan on reception. The room was ok but clean, the shower was just amazing in terms of the water pressure.
