"The hotel is in an excellent position, right on Copacabana beach. It has a very old fashioned feel about it and could definitely do with a spruce up. "The hotel is at a perfect location, in front of the beach. Gender staff were cordial and friendly, and willing to help in any way. The SPA was a great disappointment. I was schedule for a 2 hrs massage; and it finished at 1:15pm, with tea, and at 1:30 pm, an older female worker asked us to finished because they had to clean the room for their next appointment. "Sent five emails no response from property regarding transport to property and tours. Staff nice bit know very little about getting to sites, cost open times, etc just try to sell overpriced tour. Kitchen facility limited supplies and not clean."
