Three Star Hotels in Copacabana

"The Windsor Martinique was such a fantastic and safe location to both Copacabana and Ipanema Sandy and safe beaches. The weather was just perfect. The staff were amazing from the front door keeper to the friendly and polite reception staff and all the breakfast and evening staff were so welcoming and friendly especially Paulo. Breakfast was so delicious with just so much choice. The best cappuccino we can recommend in Rio De Janeiro! We will definitely stay at The marvellous Windsor Martinique...

"We stayed during the carnival, to be honest i booked it because it was one of the cheapest during this period, so wasnt expecting much. However the minute we got out of the taxi, the doorman and reception staff were excellent and very helpful, courteous, especially Johnathan on reception. "Nos alojamos 2 noches. Fue muy poco tiempo y queriamos recorrer Rio. Casi no estuvimos en el hotel. Pero cumplió su objetivo a la perfección. Es un hotel anticuado. "I must report bad practice by a young man at the reception who was there on September 21. I asked him to order me a taxi to the airport at a contact number that I had. Well, when we arrived at the airport the taxi driver charged us a higher amount than the budgeted amount. The person at the reception called a taxi driver who was a friend of his and not the contact that I gave him. Very bad experience because one trusts the hotel staff"
