"This hotel is pricey but it makes up for it for the amenities and convenience that is close to subway and train stations and it is walking distance from many tourist destinations like Madison Square Garden, Times Square, etc. It is very modern, has many places to lounge or work while you wait to check in, has a nice college or artsy vibe. The only thing we didn't like is that the room air conditioner doesn't cool properly, it shut off and on all through the night which made for trouble sleeping....

"The room was nice and modern. The staff was also very friendly and we loved how they allowed us to hold our bags to explore the city before check in. The only complaints were that the elevators took forever and when they did arrive, most of the time they were full. I was told by phone that there was parking on site, which there is not, and this was problematic for our stay. However, there is a secured parking lot a few blocks away, and the gentlemen that worked there were tremendous!! Very customer service-oriented and provide a safe parking environment. The hotel was great, with security on-site, and it is in a good neighborhood - felt very safe at night walkng...
