Our view was amazing, and very clean i was very comfortable! I will say the only thing is we needed hand soap the container didn’t have any but not a problem i bring my own soaps since i am sensitive to fragrance. Over all can’t wait to go back (:

Very cool hotel. Location was amazing to the subway. Incredible views. The room was a little dusty so not super clean. Didn’t have much interaction with the staff. The dining seemed really great but the service was not amazing. But it was new years and busy. The elevator situation took a while because only 2 were in function so took a long time to go up and down. Overall, cool hotel and we would stay here again.

I have got a room on 41st floor with the perfect view of WTC. I could just stare at that view the whole day. The room itself was very nice. Only there was a bit musty smell in the shower but it wasn't that strong that I had to complain. The front desk staffs are very nice. I like that the location is very central but not too busy that I hear noises of the street in my hotel room. Highly recommend this hotel.

What a great stay! We LOVED the views from our 51st floor room! It’s like you can just stay in the room and enjoy them views all day AND all night long! Staff were also very friendly! Room was available earlier than check in to which we were happy about! Great location!

We were not informed of the $10/day for food and Bever before hand, door man sees older women struggle to open the door and just turns his back instead of helping, otherwise love the location, hotel was clean and have all amenities necessary.

The staff were very welcoming. The view was incredible. The bed was comfy. The area was very convenient for transportation. The only down part was that the shower pressure is horrible ! Also the elevator broke for most of the time we were there so we had to use the workers elevator which was in poor looking condition.
