The pool needs some serious love, daily cleaning and new water! As does the outdoor furniture and space. The staff from the front door to cafeteria to cleaning lady were all extremely nice and helpful. Area is fantastic! Thanks for a fabulous vacation!

Location is convenient. Close to the beach. Copa is somewhat seedy but not to bad. Hotel older but they have upgraded some rooms that are suitable. Gotta make sure they don’t put you in one that’s older. I’d give it 3 1/2 stars

The staff did not speak english, the room was dusty and worn down. All over a bad experience. We had to book a new hotel. Breakfast was OK.

I had a somewhat nice stay. I accidentally left a necklace behind and the hotel confirmed they have it but won’t respond to any messages about getting it returned to me. I’ve offered to pay all costs but no response. Very disappointing

Lamentablemente tuvimos muchos inconvenientes con el hotel: la habitación inicial, no era la que habíamos pedido. La segunda: nos salió una cucaracha y no servía el aire acondicionado. Además de que tomaron una bolsa de mano, cuando nos quejamos, casualmente apareció. La tercera: en segundo piso, sin aislante de sonido. Las primeras dos noches, tomamos las botellas de agua del refrigerador, gran error, no nos dimos cuenta que las cobraban. No regalan ninguna botella. 8 reales cada una, y son de la botella pequeña. Los elevadores no están en su mejor forma, a veces nos daba un paseo porque en lugar de bajar, subía. Lo mejor: el desayuno bueno, con bastantes opciones. Y definitivamente, la ubicación. A dos cuadras de la Playa de Copacabana

A localização da pousada muito boa, o que me incomodou foi que cheguei tarde pra fazer o check in e acredito que peguei o pior quarto, no último andar o elevador não chegava, perto da piscina e barulhos, a caixa do ar condicionado ficava bem em cima do nosso quarto, ou seja barulho a noite inteira, café da manhã não temos do que reclamar, o quarto que peguei precisa de uma reforma pois tem pisos soltos, uma limpeza mais detalhada em lugares que ficam escondidos.

Tive uma experiência excelente no Real Palace Rio de Janeiro! O quarto era muito confortável, espaçoso e bem equipado, garantindo uma estadia super agradável. A limpeza foi boa, algo que sempre faz toda a diferença. A localização é outro ponto forte, pois facilita muito o acesso a diversos pontos turísticos e serviços da cidade. Mas, sem dúvida, o que mais me conquistou foi o café da manhã – simplesmente maravilhoso! Grande variedade de opções, tudo muito saboroso e bem preparado. Foi uma experiência que superou minhas expectativas, e com certeza voltarei em breve!
