"Galeria Plaza Reforma is a gem. It is two scant blocks from the Angel. The courteous staff, especially the executive taxi service, impressed me most. We cannot say enough about Jesus Gomez, the driver we hired to drive us around. If you happen to stay at Galeria Plaza, it is well worth asking about Jesus and the driving service he provides. "Overall a great experience! This was our 2nd stay & it did not disappoint. The staff & service were all 5 star. We were even given an upgrade to the view of the Angel of Independence. Staying here definitely was a great way to end our trip in the most relaxing way. Worth every penny! My only compliant would be that the pool titles around the edge of the pool were broken off & the buttons for the jets & water fountain didn't work - other than that the hotel is in great condition "
