Excelente hotel cápsula, he tenido la oportunidad de ir a Japón y puedo decir que las cápsulas de izzzleep son más modernas. las cápsulas necesitan llave para abrirse por lo cual estás segura, así como hay que usar la llave para entrar a los baños.las instalaciones están muy limpias y el personal es muy amable siempre te ayudarán. La zona es segura y muy conveniente ya que hay metrobús, ecobici y muchos comercios incluso sin tener que salir del WTC. Recomiendo mucho está opción si eres viajera en solitario o igual acompañado. Muy buen staff e instalaciones 🙌

El lugar, excelente, bastante limpio, no tuve ningún contratiempo, la recepción las 24 horas, pude acceder sin problema incluso algo tarde y el personal muy respetuoso, cordial y amable, en especial el señor Luis que me recibió y su compañera que no supe su nombre pero me dieron una bienvenida muy grata, gracias!
