"There’s not enough words to describe how incredible the staff at the hotel made us feel. Although we traveled for different reasons, our wedding anniversary fell within the days we stayed at the hotel. We mentioned it during our check in and what happened next, left us speechless (and a little teary-eyed). They took it upon themselves to give us a couple of back-to-back surprises, not to mention that the overall treatment they afforded us was way above average — it was amazingly warm and attentive. On top of that, the hotel is great, beautiful and clean. Our room had a pretty balcony and the cleaning staff did a great job every day. The area around it is packed with historical, dining, shopping and cultural attractions. Be warned, it can be very busy and traffic — both vehicle and pedestrian — can be very heavy, so if you’re looking for an isolated getaway, neither the hotel or CDMX’s centro histórico are your thing. Gracias, Eli, Lore, Didi and Beto and the rest of the staff! We loved there and will be back."

"This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel. Each time it seems to be better and is my go to budget hotel in Mexico City. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The bathrooms are clean with lots of hot water for the shower. Only some rooms have air-conditioning, but I have never found it to be uncomfortable in the rooms with fans. The restaurant is excellent. It is a short walk to Zocolo and the historic centre as well as subway station I like that is a short taxi ride to the airport "
