The staff were helpful and always pleasant, the two restaurants offered delicious dishes. We had breakfast several times and it was perfect, especially the espresso drinks and the fresh juices. "Everyone at Casa Donceles was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was also very clean and larger than we expected. Not to mention it is a very short walk to some of the best historic sites in the city. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to CDMX. "

"This hotel has ruined me for all other hotels! This boutique hotel was a peak experience for our stay in Mexico City. It is located on a lovely, quiet street, only about a 10 minute walk to the historic city center sights of the Cathedral, the Zocalo, and Templo Mayor. The surrounding streets are pulsing with foot traffic and small shops. It is not tourist territory and it feels very safe, even as night falls. The hotel itself is gorgeous architecturally."

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. The location is perfect for exploring the Historic Center on foot. Breakfast was good and the air conditioning worked well. The only downside was that the area can be a bit noisy at times due to the central location, but overall it was a great stay and I would definitely return."

"First time coming to Mexico City and the hotel was amazing ! From the staff to the hotel ambience it was a beautiful stay . Rooftop pool and bar was easily accessible with great view of the city . Sergio was amazing ( ask for the carajillo ) it’s my favorite drink he makes . Will definitely be coming back to this hotel for my next stay . Mexico City has my heart now forever ."

"This hotel had a great and helpful staff and a central location. Our room was spacious and well maintained. The scented pillows were a nice touch! The on site restaurant was excellent! We loved the terraces on our floor (7th). They provided a unique bonus area for us to unwind after an action packed day. The views were breathtaking!"
