"A wonderful time spent at the SMC resort. On this trip we didn't do the spa. It was a bit noisy than we're use to but we still had a relaxing time. We stayed as preferred club and not only was the service excellent in preferred but all over the resort. We cannot complain about the meals or our drinks and watching the entertainment outdoors under the moon and stars made it special. One drawback is they try to sell you timeshare but they did not pressure us when we declined. So thumbs up for SMC."

This is by far one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. The experience has been extremely disappointing.
There is no clean or safe pool available for kids, and there are no activities or events as expected from a hotel like this. The pool areas, especially those near construction zones, feel unsafe and poorly maintained. The overall condition raises serious concerns about cleanliness and health standards.
