"Another great visit to HBR. The staff was once again great. There weren’t as many people in both HBR and the larger neighboring properties, but there still was a nice amount of activities and entertainment, and the people (some usuals, some new folks) were lovely and good fun. "This was one of the best all inclusive stays my wife and I have had. The food is better than the other ones out there and the staff if great. Our concierge Alfred and Carlos were great to deal with. Anything we needed they were on top of. The Spa is far above the others as well. We will be back soon and can’t wait to try the other Sirenis in other countries."

"Loved the hotel. My room had a swim up (given an upgrade because of Expedia ). I wish the food was better. I would say it’s 7/10. Other things I saw was that the rest of the hotel is ok the older side. But it’s ok. The family selection side is great. Loved how they have lots of things for the kids in the pool. Also wanted to mention that not a the gifts on the picture shown my Expedia is right it’s only 3 kids gifts per kids not all of them. They also have a kids club. Did not like the price on...
