"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. "Clean room, friendly staff, delicious breakfast with many options. We also loved the Santa tray - this was our first time doing Christmas away and my kids were a little sad at not doing the traditional things, but that tray (and the chocolate treat left by Santa) was so cute and much appreciated. I also really appreciated the water we got at checkout - that was so kind (and also much appreciated!)"
