"I made the book several months ago and accidentally booked and extra day. I reached out several times with no response and had Expedia reps reach out as well. They would not refund me for the day i was not staying. A friend made the same mistake in booking but he was refunded his day. We used the same booking site (Expedia) and used the same resources to request a refund."

"The hotel is located by the city center, walkable distance to Chinatown and downtown Manchester. The two bedrooms layout of the apartment is very accessible. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchenette, living and dining area are clean and well equipped. The only drawback is the sofa was not very comfortable, you felt like sinking into the seat with no support."

"La segunda habitación, solo es un sofá cama. Informe que iríamos 4 personas y solo me pusieron 2 toallas. Los sartenes para cocinar están en mal estado. Son solo algunas cosas. Después de ello el acceso fue fácil. La estancia sin problemas, buena ubicación. Muchas gracias."

"The place was absolutely lovely, and well maintained and clean. The apartment is opposite Arndale centre and round the corner from Piccadilly Gardens so fantastic location. Alison the host was absolutely lovely and a joy to deal with. Many Thanks for making us welcome."
