"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. "Check in and check out was very quick. Staff were very friendly. Got upgraded for free to a larger room which was nice. Shower and bathroom were great, clean and spacious. Parking was a little difficult as it was busy, and there are no plug sockets by the bed, just USB connections. Other than that, it was a great stay. "

"Great Experience. Hotel was amazing. My room spacious and clean. Staff was professional, helpful and courteous. Great location. Close (8-10 minutes) to the Ethiad Stadium for me to watch my soccer game, Manchester City v West Ham. I would definitely stay there again. My only recommendation is that, at night, like on the weekends to have food available up to midnight. The cut off for food was like 9:30 pm.
