"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. "We arrived a bit damp but excited for our stay before flying to Lanzarote today. Tierney greeted us and she was so friendly and helpful, an absolute asset to the hotel! We went back into Manchester for food and drinks. On our return to the hotel we had a couple of drinks before we got some rest. The guy (sorry, we forgot your name!) on the bar was great and helpful. We were really pleased with our room, the bed was really comfortable and we thought the way the space was used was excellent....
