"Excellent house keeping! We felt very well cared for and the entire hotel was very clean. My only feedback is that it needs a slight refresh. We were pleasantly surprised that with on a short walk we were on the strip!"

"I believe this is a great hotel. But the big problemt is there is not help available over the phone. I felt like once you get the room you are on your own. The virtual agent Rita is not helpfull at all. I believe she takes the messages but no one listen to the Rita. My safe deposit box was not working, I talked to virtual agent Rita over the phone but did not receive any help. I had to go in line stand Two times. It took more than Four hours to solve the issue. Because of this I became late goig to my show. Everything is great this is the big problem and should fix it. The room was very good and spacious. Yes I will return but in a hope the Rita and employees would take care of guest properly."
