"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.The hotel environment was clean, comfortable and excellent.I would especially like to praise the two staff members, at the reception ,one name is Asif and second name is kalam.Their attitude was very polite, friendly and professional.They were very cooperative at every stage during check-in and check-out and took care of my all needs.Their smiles, good manners and helpfulness made my stay more memorable.I thank them both from the bottom of my heart and...

"Great location"

"Stayed for 2 nights whilst travelling for work. It's fine, the room was clean and decent size and is air-conditioned, but... There's a bit of a lack of attention to detail in the fixtures and fittings... The bed was very squeaky, there was a worrying "soft" square on the floor, the en-suite door opens inwards in to the bathroom making it difficult to close and open the door when your actually in the small bathroom, there was a gap between the blinds and no curtains, so I got woken each morning...

"Cheap room but conveniently located near Ilford Station. Codes needed for access to main door and hotel room. Rooms look dated and bare basics are there. It's in keeping with price, but if paying over £45-50, find a travelodge."

"Arrived at hotel and waited a while for reception then booked in and directed to room which was clean . In the morning realised only 1 towel in the room and no mat for shower this was corrected the next day following a word with reception. On day 2 no milk for tea or coffee."

"The room was very tinny. No AC, no fridge, the safe did not work. The window was very small. The weather was very hot and with that small table fan they provided could not get the job done. I spent most of my time outside as the room felt like I was in a prison."

"Avoid this hotel. The beds are rock hard with broken springs, the pillows are completely flat, and the room was visibly damaged. Add a weak shower and a foul odor lingering throughout the hallways, and it was a thoroughly unpleasant experience."

"didn't like from starting, plus they took 50 £ deposit for damages ,I just took a shower and a bit rest and left..I took even rubbish after my self ...so I paid for room plus they took deposit....:( very sad...my recommendation is "avoid " this hotel...a lot nicer around...I even discribe it doggy ( something not legal)"

"Locks broken on room doors windows and bathrooms. Broken toilet seats blocked showers. The staff were helpful but no one maintains the property to a good standard"
