Even though the reception is only open 9am-5pm, the hotel staff were very good at communicating with us through WhatsApp even when outside of these hours. The hotel feels very private. "If you are driving a car in Florence, this hotel is for you! Very easy to get to, it is not in the chaotic historic district but is close enough to walk there quickly. "I 100% recommend this hotel. The staff made me feel so welcome and at home. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh pastries, boil egg, sliced meat, cheese, yogurt, cereal, fesh OJ, coffee. The lication is in walking distance to most if no all of the sites. It's a great place to stay."
