"This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room is clean, AC works perfect, soundproofing is wonderful. It's a kind of a self service hotel for the other stuff (i.e. no room service, no laundry service.. etc) but the staff at the front desk and bar are super friendly and fun! And hanging out by the bar feels just like home, plus it's open 24/7."

"The small hotel is very nice and conveniently located just outside of the crowded area with available parking which is big thing in Florence! But what makes this hotel special are definitely the people work there. They will go above and beyond to help you with your needs or just to make you feel comfortable! "We are a family of 4 who had the pleasure in staying at the Fornace Suites. The staff is very friendly. Although their lobby isn't 24 hour we were given numbers on how to reach staff if there were any issues or needed anything. We had one issue the first night but the host assisted us as soon as possible and all was fine. The room was absolutely exquisite and comfortable for a family of 4. Clean and amenities were great. Lighting could be a little better in the bathroom but the weather was hot...
