"Location works, walkable, safe area, park nearby, good dining and gelato within 15 minutes walk, great service at b/fast. Sylvia was a very good host , very helpful. B/fast options were good. Thanks for making the Cappuccino for my daughter and myself. bathroom shower needs to be fixed and the bottom ledge needs to be thoroughly cleaned( mold)"

"Dario was a lovely + welcoming host! The hotel room was very nice, full of character and ours had an outdoor seating area. The space was very clean and easy to access. Location is slightly removed from the city center but allowed for relaxed sleep at the end of the day. A very good option for a reasonably priced stay if you are also picky like me!"

"Wonderful hotel. Incredible views from the huge rooftop bar/pool deck. Wonderful breakfast buffet with many hot and cold options. Main level bar is beautiful and the seating areas are both well-appointed and comfortable. Both bars offer gratis snacks. View of the river Arno, Piazza el Michelangelo and more from our room window were stunning. You can literally walk almost anywhere in the city from this location. "

We were staying in a junior suite and were so impressed by the amount of space, the huge balcony, the decor, the beautiful swimming pool, the breakfast every morning, the lovely staff throughout and the location was so handy for everything we wanted to go visit! This hotel gets a 5/5 for everything from myself and my family :) "

"The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful and the owner went out of his way to assist us with everything we needed. There area around the property is under construction but once in your room you wouldn’t know it. The pool was so relaxing. And the tub in our room was so deep that I didn’t need to seek out the hot tub since it practically was one. Two thumbs up or 10/10 stars. "

"Lovely boutique hotel, excellent service, the personnel extremely friendly and accommodating, very convenient location at walking distance to the main attractions and easily accessible with the car as the hotel is located immediately outside the ZTL area. The hotel offers to valet park your car for a 45 euros a day which is very convenient. "

"Mario and the staff were incredibly accommodating. We were helped from the minute we stepped into the doors of the lobby till we checked out 8 days later. Traveling internationally can be intimidating but Hotel Santa Croce put all the uneasiness I had being in a foreign land with my wife and son to rest. I will return to Italy and I will absolutely stay here again."
