"The small hotel is very nice and conveniently located just outside of the crowded area with available parking which is big thing in Florence! But what makes this hotel special are definitely the people work there. They will go above and beyond to help you with your needs or just to make you feel comfortable! She also gave us some restaurant recommendations which turned out to be lovely and really tasty. "The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful and the owner went out of his way to assist us with everything we needed. There area around the property is under construction but once in your room you wouldn’t know it. The pool was so relaxing. And the tub in our room was so deep that I didn’t need to seek out the hot tub since it practically was one. Two thumbs up or 10/10 stars. "
