"This is an amazingly memorable place to stay and experience. I wish we could have stayed more than 1 night but of course the 4-5 flights of stairs to get there and then several sets more within the apartment would have precluded easy coming and going. We loved the views, the historic feel, and the comfort. Great shower, 2 bathrooms, and kitchen and multiple sitting areas. We did not have wifi while we were there but that seemed to be a wider outage? Could have watched the sunset from the...

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very modern, clean, and exceptionally well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The location was also great, close enough to easily access Florence's main attractions, yet far enough away to enjoy a quieter atmosphere. It's about a 10 minute walk to the busy central area of Florence. I would definitely stay here again."

"This was a nice place to stay in Florence. Very walkable to all iconic attractions. Clean room. Staff was very helpful and nice. We wished the AC was working. Apparently they do not start using air conditioning until May. We did get too warm in our room. Other than that it was a very nice stay. Would recommend. "

"Beautiful room, very clean, big comfortable bed in the king deluxe and great location. No lotion or tissues in bathroom and if you need anything, reception is only available until 8pm except for emergencies- we needed an iron because ours broke and would have been charged if we called after 8pm for a non-emergency- would definitely stay again."

"What a delightful traditional style property, located through a courtyard hidden behind beautiful, wooden doors. Chose this for the character and the roof top terrace for breakfast which had amazing views across to the Duomo. We were upgraded to a larger room, was a little dark however not a real issue as lots of space. Breakfast was adequate but view from rooftop more than made up for this."
