"Everything was amazing! It was peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. We didn’t get to use the spa unfortunately, but in the future we will stay here when we’re in Firenze. Location is convenient, with a park across the street. It didn’t take long to walk to the place from the train station. Alice was hospitable and took great care of us when it was time to check out! There is free coffee, a Lavazza modo mio machinetta which makes some good quick espresso to start your day right. My girlfriend believes...
