"Location, location, location! The hotel is at a corner of the Piazza Signoria--walk out the door and look to the right, and the Palazzo Vecchio is right in front of you, 100 yards away. Our room was really a small apartment--bedroom, bath, sitting room, and a small kitchen (which we did not use). There was only one small problem with the room. The hotel is served by a rather antiquated elevator, and sometimes the door would be left open so that the elevator wouldn't respond to a call. But that...

"The place was really something special. We stayed in apartment 301 ( three bedroom ). It is quite a schlep up to the third floor but it certainly made us fitter. The Numa brand is great - you get a certainty of standards so there are no surprises when you arrive. The Spirito Santo area is close to everything - really liked this place. "

"Amazing location with an amazing view at the top to the access to all tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and the bedding very comfortable. The only improvements I would suggest is breakfast was a bit crowded as you are sharing the dining area with another hotel."
