"We loved our stay at Benci! It’s in a prime location and surprisingly quiet, given it’s above a bar. Super clean, cute, and comfortable. If you have a larger checked bag be aware there are steps up to the guest house, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The bar downstairs (Moyo Bar) is also very hospitable and a great spot for an espresso or drink. We had a car and the parking garage Benci recommended was close and easy to find. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!"

"Amazing location along the river, sandwiched between the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi, and a short walk to many of Florence’s highlights. We were in the new building which was very nice but lacking the charm of the original building. Breakfast was great and the staff were all lovely."

"We arrived after hours, but Marco provided us with excellent instructions with photos on how to enter the building and arrive at our room. One thing to note, there's no elevator (lift) on the property and the rooms are up three flights of stairs. Take your time on the stairs, especially with luggage. The room was great! Cleaned daily with fresh towels and the staff was polite and professional. Everything is within walking distance. Incredible sites, restaurants, shopping and the train...
