"We loved our stay at Benci! It’s in a prime location and surprisingly quiet, given it’s above a bar. Super clean, cute, and comfortable. If you have a larger checked bag be aware there are steps up to the guest house, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The bar downstairs (Moyo Bar) is also very hospitable and a great spot for an espresso or drink. We had a car and the parking garage Benci recommended was close and easy to find. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!"

"Enjoyed my stay very much, everything you want in a hotel ! The hotel is still very new, so the decoration is excellent. The room had plenty of space even with a king seized bed. It was spotless and had all the modern amenities you need, (Smart TV, fast wifi, Espresso machine….) The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. "This hotel is on the 3rd floor of a historic building. There are no elevators (which I knew beforehand). The stairs are not for the faint of heart. We got one key card for our room, so we had to co-ordinate. Also, when we arrived, we had to check in using the codes although we arrived before 4 PM. This was not a big deal but I wanted to mention. The location is awesome. The rooms were spacious and clean. The communication was good."

"The Hotel Degli Orafi has been a home away from home for my 2 weeks solo trip. As you can see I made some friends while I was there, especially Nicolette. This place is a perfect location to explore Florence and day trips. I will definitely return to this hotel when I go back to Florence. All staffs were very friendly and helpful!"
