"Stayed here doing our work trip, staff were extremely helpful and nice. Rooms were amazing and the location in Sentosa is great, plenty to walk to and would be a great place to stay for a vacation."
"The check-in process was protracted and the staff were confused as to how to process the check-in due to a difference between the reservation and hotels system. We had to wait until midnight to be a able to check-in"

10/10 Excellent
"One of the concierge staff, Dicky, was very professional and friendly. Breakfast was great but seems understaffed, soup bowls kept running out."
"It was so nice and we loge our stay here. The pools were our highlight. My son had a amazing time! The food from the Kitchen Restaurant downstairs was so good. The pizza was a highlight too - so yummy!!"
"Wow enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff were amazing and friendly. Donald was very helpful and friendly, he has excellent communication skills and his knowledge of the hotel and island. Highly recommend staying here. Thanks Donald."
"We had an amazing time at the Village. The staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful and accomodating. We travelled as a family of 5 and the rooms are very small so they ungraded us to a bigger room. There was also an unforeseen incident with us accessing our room and management went out of their way to look after us. Kenny, Kenneth & Winnie were all amazing at ensuring our stay was memorable. Luke at the pool bar was lots of fun & made our pool days a real laugh. I highly recommend families consider this hotel for their next stay. The breakfast was also incredible, so be sure to get the breakfast package."
