The staff in the executive lounge were very attentive and eager to please especially Sheila and Richelle. Room 2406 has plumbing problems which were reported to the front desk. The problems are a leaky sink and an ill-fitting shower door which allows a lot of water to pool on the floor outside the shower. We also reported a problem with the thermostat which kept shutting off the air conditioning. Our room was well kept and the views from our room and the executive lounge were nothing short of spectacular. The baked sea bass and the baked salmon served in the executive lounge was inedible. Both had a strong odor and strong taste. The fish was definitely not fresh. The salad bar provided at breakfast was excellent and the variety of foods provided at the evening buffet was good.

I recently completed a 10-night stay at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Whether you are in town for business or leisure, this hotel strikes the perfect balance between comfort and convenience. The Highlights Unbeatable Location: The connectivity here is excellent. Being so close to both a bus stop and the Havelock MRT station made navigating Singapore incredibly easy. Spacious Rooms with a View: My room was impressively large—a rarity in Singapore—and featured a stunning panoramic view across the Singapore River. Watching the boats and the city lights every evening was a highlight of the stay. Breakfast That Never Gets Old: Usually, after a few days, hotel breakfasts can feel repetitive. However, the variety here was so extensive that even after 10 mornings, I still looked forward to it. There are plenty of options to suit every palate. Top-Tier Service: The staff deserve a special mention. Everyone I encountered was consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to my needs.
