"Rooms were very spacious we stayed in the Junior suites at the Ritz and was very happy with our room, The staff were absolutely amazing they made our family trip even more special with the outstanding service they all provided, everyone was so polite and attentive nothing was ever an issue. Location was close to eateries and attractions were only 10min in a taxi that were readily available. I will definitely be staying here again Overall The Ritz Carlton is a 9.5 out of 10"

"The room was big compared to some other hotels we used. Bed was comfortable. Very close to station on the loop line. Family mart outside. The spa water in the bath was nice. Tax was a bit higher at 1400 yen. Check out was 12pm so the extra time was good. Would use again. Nice view of the city from floor 19."
