"The breakfast was fantastic, especially the food, the food presentation and the service. The front desk team was extremely helpful with valet service for our car, using the hotel bicycles and even offering beverages during calls in the lobby. Finally, the room service was impeccable. "This was my first time staying at this property and it was nothing short of amazing! From the staff that greets you upon arrival and walk you to the front desk, to Alejandro and his amazing customer service. It genuinely made this the best birthday trip I’ve ever had. "Having the CN Tower in the dead centre of our view every time we looked out the window was so cool. This hotel is in a great location - being between the CN Tower, the Rogers Centre and the lake was incredible. Every staff member we spoke to was friendly. "They started contacting me via text before i started traveling. Aasish, the young man who set up our reservation got us a parking and took us to our unit. He even carried my mom's luggage, and very flexible during our extended stay for another night. I like the kitchen, the spa access and laundry most which you don't always get even with established hotels. Overall it is a lovely experience ☺️ and hopefully i will come back again!"
