"Newly created family rooms are relevant & superb and of a good size by HK standards. Ofcourse prices are very high but if you dont mind paying for your family's comfort then this is it. They even have a very-thoughful family lounge which is a nice touch. My kids went there for their bedtime milk and light snacks. Staffs were attentive and 5star service throughout. "

"Our hotel off choice when we visit Hong Kong. Stayed here when we got married just over a decade ago and been back many times since (with children now) and still never disappoints. Location is perfect being right beside a MTR station (University), bus stop & taxi rank. Various restaurants and bars inside the hotel making lazy/relaxing days/nights just perfect! Nothing is ever too much trouble for the helpful and friendly staff. "

"The hotel was clean and staff were good. Comfortable and clean room, location was great close to transport,easy walking to shops and restaurants. It was right on the waterfront, view was lovely. We stayed for 8 nights, it was perfect. We also had stayed at this hotel before, so it was a repeat stay."

"We recently stayed five days and four nights at the Park Lane Hotel in Causeway Bay with my husband and son, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond by welcoming us with a free bottle of wine and fresh fruit to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The location is ideal, just a two-minute walk to Causeway Bay MTR, with convenience stores and a wide range of restaurants right outside the door."
