"The property itself was actually pretty nice. The room was spacious. The breakfast was hot and good. There is a good sports bar right next door that had very good food. My big issue was with the airport shuttle. That was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. We had to call 3 times and wait 45 minutes for a shuttle. Apparently, Amy, who took the first 2 calls NEVER told the shuttle driver to pick us up. Finally, on the 3rd call, Lynn actually sent the driver. He was great and apologized for the lack of communication."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We loved our room, it was very large and clean. The front desk staff was so nice, and we enjoyed talking to them. We were disappointed in the breakfast bar. The food that was set up was not hot, but lukewarm. We have stayed at many Home 2 Suites, and the food was always hot. We also noticed that one of the staff members did not have gloves on while she was setting up the food. She used her hands instead of utensils. That was very upsetting, and we chose not to eat down there anymore."

"Room was not what I expected, restroom really needs new bathtub had holes. Had to cancel my stay and leave. Staff was good just not the rooms."

"My room was on the 5th floor. Foot traffic through the elevator was manageable and not challenging. The room itself had rust in the tub and the tv remote had ductape holding in the batteries. There weren’t many channels to watch so you better bring your own accommodations for streaming and entertainment. The light bar on the bed frame that illuminates the room would not turn off! There’s got to be a secret to turning it off but I didn’t bother to ask the staff. My stay was average at best, but it was enough to get me through the weekend."

"Parking lot was good,room a c was good just couldn't turn it off. It's a old building that looks ok on photos, when you arrive it's not the same."

"Shower had water stained ceiling like it was going to fall in . $50 a night resort fee . Nothing about this felt like resort . Just a regular hotel across from the airport. No microwave in the room. The iron didn’t even heat up to iron my clothes . The snacks were super overpriced . for two items a miniature soda and a candy bar came to $15. No free parking even if you are a guest you have to pay to park in hotel parking lot. Overall, a decent stay for just one night .hotel just too pricey and you really don’t get nothing . No stores in walking distance just a simple gas station next-door."

"This rating is primarily based on not having WiFi or TV for the entirety of my stay. Apparently this was due to a weather event that occurred prior to my arrival. The cable company did not come out to make repairs until after I left."

"This property is good is pass thru for one night. Not comfortable at all if you stay more nights. I wanted to check out after one terrible night and they didn’t want me to do an early checkout. Terrible staff attention. "

"The airport shuttle was timely and efficient. The hotel is run down and could use some updates and repairs. The staff was very nice but it did not meet my expectations for this brand hotel. "
