The hotel also reeked of urine, possibly due to the pet friendly policy. I do appreciate the fact that o didn’t see any bugs and the breakfast was typical hotel breakfast no complaints there. "The hotel was fine. However they could not verify my confirmation number I had from hotels.com. They said it had to start w a c. They told me that I had to call hotels.com. This was 10 pm at night. I had three little girls with me. I couldn't find a number and when I finally did I could not get ahold of any person. After 1.5 hours (even did chat )) I got a hold of a human and they could not help me. I never was able to prove my reservation. The hotel no longer had any rooms but magically found one I could pay. Higher price for. I still have not received my refund from hotels.com "
