What stood out was how the staff handled it. They didn’t make excuses or push blame..they stepped in and helped me get things sorted. Management made sure I was taken care of, and that meant a lot. You can tell they actually care about guests, not just the business."

"Great for quick trips into NOLA as it's very close to the airport. With that, you barely notice the incoming or outgoing flights. If you always run behind and think " We still have to turn in the rental?" , well, your right across the street from the rental return. Place was very nice for being an older property. Staff was attentive and helpful."

"There is nothing that I can say was wrong. I have to say that SASHA helped me to much with checking in. She is so sweet, attentive, caring, kind, respectful, gentle soul. The whole staff has been sweet and kind to me. I have no complaints."
