"Need a good vent for the bathroom"

"Clean, comfortable. Good breakfast. Staff were very helpful. Complimentary Transportation to the airport was a bonus. We also used the pay laundry facilities which were very convenient considering we had been traveling for over a week."

"We booked this hotel late in the evening after a day of delayed flights and our original accommodations elsewhere were bust. The staff was wonderful. Lobby, hallways, vending area, elevators etc were all very well lit, organized and inviting. Room was clean and the bed and linens were extremely comfy. Since we checked in close to midnight we asked if there was any possibility of a late check out and we were accommodated far more than expected. We will hands down book this hotel next time we are...

"Pleasantly surprised. Booked last minute from an airport cancellation. Rooms are very big. Rooms were clean. Did not stay long enough for the breakfast. Would book again."

"I think if you just want to stay for a night to catch an early flight or arrive late at night, this will serve a purpose. I myself would not stay here for more than a night. There's nothing around the area. In terms of safety, it is not gated thus anyone could just come right to your step and break in. No room service. Simple amenities. They did not even have a shower cap when I asked. No toothbrush or paste. The check-in staff was a bit careless, took my ID for verification but never returned...

"Hotel is undergoing renovation; the room was clean and comfortable. Television worked for 15 minutes after I retrieved a missing remote control from the front desk; WIFI worked; pool was closed (construction). All services were provided from staff including transportation to the airport at 3am with professional courtesy and quick solution. It will be interesting to see the changes the next time I visit."

"The stay was just OK. The pool wasn’t very clean. It had a lot of bugs and it wasn’t cleaned every day. The food you had to pay for it and the variety wasn’t well. They also gave us a raw French toast alongside that the hotel hallway and elevator had a strange smell. During our entire stay there we never got our room cleaned, even though we had the sign on for them to clean it. It took us approximately an hour to receive an extra pillow and cover along with towels. We had to sit all of our trash...

"Unfriendly staff, room wasn’t overly clean, TV didn’t work properly, bed wasn’t stable, blinds were broken and “breakfast” was bagged muffins. Glad we were only there 1 night"

"Good points: Friendly staff Good breakfast Clean-ish rooms Access to main roads Close to excellent Chinese restaurant Points TO CONSIDER Honeless rate seems high and the people are alllwed to stay on the premises and come in to the kitchen to eat. If there’s no food, they will sit there and watch you eat. Nobody tells them anything Kitchen staff member complain the whole time about restocking items. I think she purposed my tretocjer the paper goods etc f to avoid restocking hot food....

"Red Roof Inn was disappointing...which can explain the very reasonable rate. I was injured with a bad ankle...no one asked if they may assist me. The closest elevator was not working...so I had to hobble with my luggage to the far side elevator, which thankfully worked. My rooms TV did not work, and toilet would not flush...had to fix it. The hotel was run down...the staff were not supportive of one who could hardly walk."

"I can't say that we liked the property. Wasn't told that they were in the process of remodeling. Job materials scattered throughput the front lobby area. as well as the workers were using the luggage carts to carry their materials leaving one cart to bring in and out our luggage. Not to mention the cart had a flat tire. Along with that our shower leaked reported it to the front desk on Saturday morning as leaving t for a funeral. The front desk said he would report it to maintenance. That night...
