Hotel di Tatsuta

"駅から徒歩ですぐそこ 便利でした"

"Very convenient hotel in the station. Check in through a machine, assisted by an elderly front office staff, so he took a while to get it done. Small room which is typical of a Japanese hotel, prefer more lighting in the room, too gloomy "

"Asked a front desk staff to write down the name and address of a restaurant in Japanese that we can give it to the driver and called us a taxi. He instead took us to the front door and gave the information to the driver. That's great service."

"An amazing experience, from the very first moment we arrived the staff were faultless , our first trip to Japan has been wonderful and we could not highly recommend your hotel enough to future patrons 🙏 standards are set extremely high and are fulfilled daily We had an Osaka Castle view room did not disappoint especially view at night. Thank you to all the wonderful staff 🙏"

"Comfortable and near train station and markets"

"Staff were awesome!"

"I had a great time at Brackets Hommachi. It is located close to the train station and the staff are very helpful. The Lawson convenient store next to the building was also very convenient :)"

"Cleanliness 5/5, Staff 5/5, & Bathing Tub 5/5. Breakfast is not applicable for us"

"Very nice hotel. Rooms are pretty small though. Staff had excellent service and there is laundry on the first floor. Breakfast is a bit expensive though but it is a buffet."

"大阪城を目の前にして頂く朝食バイキングは最高です。"
