"We are a family of 4 who had the pleasure in staying at the Fornace Suites. The staff is very friendly. Although their lobby isn't 24 hour we were given numbers on how to reach staff if there were any issues or needed anything. We had one issue the first night but the host assisted us as soon as possible and all was fine. The room was absolutely exquisite and comfortable for a family of 4. Clean and amenities were great. Lighting could be a little better in the bathroom but the weather was hot...

"The small hotel is very nice and conveniently located just outside of the crowded area with available parking which is big thing in Florence! The former monastery from 16th century has been meticulously renovated into spectacular suites and a glass covered courtyard dining area. the art work inspires. "Upon arriving, our room was upgraded to a Prince Suite for our Honeymoon, the staff couldn’t have been any friendlier. The A La Carte cuisine was amazing and they provided transportation to the edge of the city upon request, AND picked you up again. And as for the beautiful gardens! We can not praise this gorgeous villa enough and look forward to our next visit."
